Product description of BD7044 slurry pump lining pipeline repair anti wear abrasion resistant coatings:
BD7044 slurry pump pipeline rubber lining abrasion wear resistant repair coatings are the high performance wearing abrasion resistant,
corrosion resistant material which compounded by high performance wear resistant materials and modified toughening resin.Small particles,
room temperature for curing.This product is the upgrade product of BD7042,the wear resistant performance is 30% higher than the BD7042.
Used in the repairing of mine slurry pumps and repairing other equipment of suffering from serious erosive wear.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area, grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on,
the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh
substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.(Make the undercoat BD406 mix uniformly according to the specified ratio,then blade
coating on the surface of the metal substrates,after that waiting for the undercoat initial curing)
 
2.Configure: according to the weight ratio or volume ratio A:B=3:1,make the A and B two components mix uniformly,then use it up
within 30 min.Generally while it’s construction and configuring adhesives,every time the largest configuring quantity should not be
more than 2Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until partial adhesive has been solidified and can’t be used.
If the temperature is low,you can properly heat up the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.
 
3.Coating: when the primer just initial curing,make mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair area layer by layer,
compress the coating to be solid,the suitable coating thickness is 4-10mm,the most thickness can be 30mm,repair the surface to be
smooth after the coating coat in the suitable size,this material can’t do machining,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness
to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.
 
4.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,(If you can heat it up to the temperature 60-80
degree,and keep this temperature for 2 hours,in this way,can improve 30% comprehensive performance) If the temperature is below 5 degree,
should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.General construction in winter,you can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do
irradiation heating with 40cm distance from the coating.
 
Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 12 months.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and 
transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
 
Special version:
1.This parameter is for laboratory conditions,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest
according to actual working condition.

2.When the environment temperature is below 15 degree,the curing time will prolong,should take proper heating measure.

3.When the environment temperature is more than 25 degree or the mixing quantity is too large,the curing speed will expedite,
should properly shorten the application time of coating after mixing.
 
Construction protective measures:
1.Wear the protective masks,wear the protective glasses and rubber gloves.
2.Need washing hands with soap before eating,drinking or smoking.
3.The health hazard after touching: a few people will have skin allergy phenomenon,see a doctor in time and avoid touching with
this product again.should wipe it with ethyl acetate when the sizing material paste on the skin by careless,then wash it with clear water.
Should wash it with clear water immediately and see a doctor when splashing into the eyes by careless.
 
Warm Prompt:
Residual adhesive solution cured products are non-toxic harmless organic solid,but maybe it will produce poisonous gas when burning,
non-professional personnel can not do combustion disposal,should be sent to garbage power plant or garbage burning place treatment.
 
Fire prevention measures:
Should choose dry powder to extinguish fire,can cover and flap it with dry powder,grit(the construction using abrasive) or the non
chemical fiber fabric when the sizing material catching fire.
